Chicken & Rice Casserole
This is a great casserole made with rice. All you need to add is chicken, sour cream & Rotel or diced tomatoes. Great for customers who love rice.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add mix & rice to 3 cups milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Place lid on pot and turn burner off. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add 1-13oz can chicken, 1 cup sour cream & 1 can Rotel. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with a tossed salad and cheese biscuits.
