Mexican Casserole Mix
Tastes like a beef taco, just add hamburger meat and black beans. Put sour cream and crushed tortilla chips on the to make it extra special
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1-lb. hamburger meat and drain and set aside. Add 3 cups water to mix. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until pasta is done. Add 1 can of ranch style beans & meat to mixture. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated Monterey jack cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with tortillas or cornbread.
